Able Watch · $99/mo

Uptime with a human attached. I watch HTTP, SSH, disk, and SSL on the hosts you give me. When it is actually down, I work it — not another dashboard you already ignore.

A green check is not on-call

Most monitoring products sell you graphs. Able Watch is $99 a month so a person who does this work gets the page when your host is actually down. HTTP, SSH, disk, SSL. US hours. Houston.

Hosts are not collected on the Stripe form. After you pay, you get an email with a tokenized form. List the hosts there — one per line, https://… or user@host. That is the intake. I do not start watching an empty list.

This is for

  • A small set of production hosts you actually care about
  • You already get pings and still get left hanging when it is down
  • You want someone who can SSH in, not a status page
  • HTTP, SSH, disk space, and certificate expiry

This is not

  • A prettier Nagios/Grafana you have to run yourself
  • A 24/7 NOC with a contractual 15-minute SLA
  • Coverage of an entire fleet you have not listed
  • Able Sentinel — that product is not for sale yet
  • A substitute for a full retainer if you need ongoing build work

What happens after you pay

  1. Pay the Stripe link. Watch is $99 per month until you cancel.
  2. You get an email with a hosts form. Put one host per line. HTTPS URLs and SSH user@host both work.
  3. I start watching what you listed: HTTP, SSH, disk, SSL.
  4. When something is actually down, I work what I can from the access you gave me and tell you what I did. If it needs more than a watch-fix — a migration, a rebuild, a product change — we talk, and that is Rescue or Retainer, not a silent scope creep.

What “we fix what we can” means

If Apache is down, the disk is full, the cert expired, or SSH is dead, I treat that as the job. I do not open a ticket for you to restart the service. I also do not pretend Watch is a blank check to rebuild your platform.

If production is already on fire and you need someone on the box today, buy Able Rescue now and add Watch after it is up. Watch is for the next time, not a substitute for an incident you are sitting in.

Cancel on Stripe whenever you want. I stop watching when the month you paid for ends. Questions: contact.
